S04E22 Nobody Loves a Fat Astronaut
Jeannie's sister reappears, stirring up chaos for both Tony and Jeannie. Discovering that Tony's weight is below the necessary standards for astronauts, she plots to have him dismissed from the Space Program. Her scheme involves persuading General Schaffer and Dr. Bellows that Tony is mentally and emotionally unfit. Additionally, she plans to manipulate his physical condition to drastically increase his weight, ensuring he gets expelled and leaving Jeannie to take the blame for the entire debacle.
