The community of Saint Marie is thrown into grief when beloved radio host Dezzie Dixon is killed during a live broadcast. Inspector Jack must navigate a complex investigation to uncover the killer. Complicating matters, Detective Sergeant Madeleine Dumas arrives from internal affairs to review the department’s procedures after a recent shooting, scrutinizing Jack’s every action as he tries to solve the case.
