The suspect in the murder case turns out to be a journalist who is documenting his own criminal activities. He heads to Los Angeles, where more sex workers fall victim to his violence. As law enforcement tightens the net around him, he escapes to Miami with his girlfriend. However, U.S. Marshals are on his trail, determined to capture him.
