After the recent loss of James Dainard’s grandparents, he and his mother, Claire, face the emotional task of deciding what to do with the family home. The house is packed with fond memories, but its outdated kitchen and poor layout hide the property’s incredible views. James teams up with construction manager Ryan and designer-realtor Megan to renovate and restore the house, hoping to sell it for top dollar.
