In Missouri, a police officer loses focus and accidentally hits a bicyclist with his patrol car. Meanwhile, in Louisiana, a woman is caught in the act as she vandalizes someone else's vehicle by keying it. In Illinois, a motorcyclist ends up in a ditch after a jeep collides with him. Lastly, a man in California initially tries to escape after causing an accident, only to discover that the victim has noted his license plate number.
