In Florida, a driver armed with a bat confronts another motorist in a fit of rage. Meanwhile, a North Carolina elderly gentleman threatens to mislead authorities after supposedly reversing into a parked vehicle. In St. Louis, an ATV operator loses control, steering straight towards a streetlight. In London, a brewing conflict is diffused by some immature teasing. In Phoenix, a couple with an infant starts to cross the street just as two vehicles collide at the intersection. A minor car accident in Des Moines results in a shattered windshield and an alleged case of pepper spray. In Kenosha, Washington, officers try to stop a minivan that is ablaze.
