To score two Cynthia dolls, Angelica feigns having a twin, hoping to double her loot. Initially, her ruse works perfectly, but things take a turn when the babies start to prefer her "twin" over her. Realizing she’s losing their affection, Angelica ultimately chooses to drop the act and embrace her true self again.
