Alex Polizzi returns to the Kent coast to check in on the Westward Ho! in Folkestone, where she previously assisted hotelier Jon five years ago. Back then, he faced a barrage of negative reviews and dwindling profits while striving to keep his budget hotel afloat. Now, she’s back to see if the seaside establishment has managed to turn things around.
