Meg and Roxanne travel to Hollywood for a unique episode of "American Bandstand." During their visit, they encounter Barbara Eden, famously known as "Jeannie." Meanwhile, J.J. attends an interview with an engineering firm, aspiring to achieve his dream of becoming an astronaut. As events unfold, Sam discovers he shares more interests with Nathan's date than Nathan does. Additionally, Pete and Shelley opt for an "open relationship," allowing them to explore connections with others. In a significant moment, Jack decides to express to a reporter his reasons for stepping down from the City Council.
