Dr. Ballard undergoes a miraculous transformation when an extraterrestrial device restores his ability to walk. However, this newfound freedom comes at a high price, as the consciousness of Adam, the alien from Roswell (previously seen in "Lifeboat"), begins to dominate his thoughts. As Ballard grapples with this invasion of his mind, he must find a way to reclaim his identity while navigating the challenges of his unexpected situation.
