S02E02 In Re: the Marriage of Weston

As Elliot and Nancy navigate the final stages of their divorce, tensions rise as they both seek new romantic connections. Flashbacks of their earlier relationship contrast sharply with their current struggles. Elliot finds himself needing cash advances from a disgruntled Michael, while Nancy, now using her maiden name Krieger, discusses her book with editor Jack Bronstein. Although he's intrigued, he feels the story lacks strength. Meanwhile, at a restaurant, Elliot's lawyer Adrian attempts to discuss business, but he is more focused on flirting with her, which she rebuffs. At her office job, Nancy catches the attention of younger colleague Terry O'Neil. Later, while working at her home with Jack, a kiss leads to a surprising revelation for Nancy when she confides in Melissa about still having her diaphragm. Eventually, she shares a more intimate moment with Terry.
