The women are tasked with developing an advertising campaign that involves everything from casting to wardrobe, props, and hair and make-up. As they navigate the challenge, they receive guidance from Kelly Cutrone, whose stern demeanor unsettles some contestants. During the photo shoot, several models struggle with the feedback and begin to crumble under pressure. One model, in particular, has a heated confrontation with Kelly and storms off the judging panel. For the elimination round, Kelly and Nigel Barker team up with guest judge Cat Deeley and Tyra Banks to evaluate the contestants.
