With Deacon and Kelly now apart, Doug decides to pull his friend out of his slump by hitting the clubs together. As they spend more time in the nightlife scene, Doug finds himself reminiscing about his single days and starts to enjoy this new routine. Meanwhile, Carrie feels insecure about the new office assistant, Lila, who looks strikingly like her. The constant remarks from her colleagues begin to wear on Carrie's nerves, prompting her to tweak her appearance in hopes of putting an end to the comparisons.
