S01E21 Lee Iacocca Becomes Lee Ayatollah and Opens a Chrysler Plant in Iran

Title: Lee Iacocca Transforms into Lee Ayatollah and Launches a Chrysler Factory in Iran In this episode, Lee Iacocca adopts the persona of Lee Ayatollah and inaugurates a Chrysler factory in Iran, only to face an airstrike from U.S. tankers. Meanwhile, at D.C. Follies, Bette Midler shares a vivid account of her childbirth experience with Fred. Fred also aids Mayor Koch in crafting an impactful campaign slogan. Comedian Richard Belzer drops by to test the waters for a potential comedy club in Washington but ends up getting arrested by Sean Penn. Dan Dierdorf, Al Michaels, and Frank Gifford reminisce about memorable Olympic highlights, while Sam Donaldson has a meltdown at the bar. Lastly, Mayor Koch and Whoopi Goldberg address homelessness, while Jesse Jackson and Pat Robertson ponder stepping down from their Reverend roles.
