The Duprees land in London and are immediately faced with a whirlwind of new experiences. While riding a double-decker tour bus, Baylen feels overwhelmed, leading to an increase in her tics and a lot of anxiety. Although the family is eager to sample traditional English dishes, the attention Baylen draws in a quaint pub makes them concerned about her ability to cope with the mounting pressure.
