He reveals to Neji that he embodies the cherished memory of his late brother. This moment makes Neji realize that Naruto's words about fate hold truth; he's not simply bound by his clan's legacy. Konohamaru’s team grumbles about Naruto’s absence in the tale, to which Neji enigmatically states that Naruto is the most significant part.
