Mark Evans is introduced to Nigel and Tina Powell, along with their dog, Stich, as they prepare to transition to a permanent life aboard a narrowboat. To keep Stich relaxed, they’ve ordered a fully electric vessel with a silent motor. They’ve also asked for a custom heart-shaped window at the front. The challenge is whether Mark can meet their unique requests while staying within the couple’s £230,000 budget.
