Jonathon and Mark are tasked with assisting UFO enthusiast Harvey Milsap in securing custody of his newly orphaned grandson, Adam. Meanwhile, Harvey's irritable neighbor, Mildred Kelsey, becomes increasingly annoyed when he tinkers with his radio gear during her favorite soap opera. However, as time passes, her irritation transforms into unexpected affection for him.
