In Alexandria, VA, the peaceful day is shattered when Nancy Dunning, Ronald Kirby, and Ruthanne Lodato are brutally murdered in broad daylight by a shooter at their front door. As panic sets in, detectives scramble to analyze security footage in hopes of identifying the disturbed assailant before they can target more victims. Will they be able to catch the killer in time?
