At the same time, encouraged by Sloan, Eric thinks about getting his own place but is concerned about how it might affect Vince and the crew. Meanwhile, eager for a step up in his career, Lloyd takes a bold approach with Ari, presenting an ultimatum that Ari responds to with a counteroffer of his own.
