Following a lengthy journey as a commercial and portrait photographer, the playful San Francisco artist Michael Jang had a trove of photographs from his twenties tucked away for years. These included spontaneous celebrity portraits and a charming portrayal of Chinese American family life that had seldom been documented in such a lighthearted manner.
