As Siobhan's due date nears, she explores various birth options, unsettling Brendan when she opts for a water birth. Meanwhile, Sean’s daughter, Emma, shows up unexpectedly. After discovering he had misled her about his whereabouts, they argue, and she takes Niamh’s car. Later, she arrives at the pub and finds a surprising connection with Niamh. On their way back to Sean's farm, they learn that Siobhan is in labor, leaving them no choice but to commandeer Brian's hot tub as a makeshift birthing pool. Aidan surprises Orla with his savvy financial insights, while Ambrose is shocked to find his boss approves of the family living above the pub. Meanwhile, Brian's dreams lead him to a golf course that he believes is meant for him to acquire.
