As Ewing Global prepares to go public, chaos ensues as everyone vies for their share of ownership. Pamela grapples with her newfound knowledge that Cliff was not responsible for J.R.'s death, while Bobby turns to an old love, Tracey McKay (guest star Melinda Clarke), in an attempt to regain control of the company. Simultaneously, Judith and Ryland confront their own issues with the cartel, leading to dangerous consequences and an unforeseen alliance between the Rylands and Ewings.
