Ryan and his spouse Ashlynn have come into possession of his grandmother's cottage, a cherished family retreat for a century. However, the wear and tear of time is evident, leaving little space for family gatherings, much less accommodating renters. Enter Scott and Debra, determined to revitalize the property.
