Tensions rise for Gillespie when Ted Marcus proposes that Virgil be appointed as Chief, making him feel uneasy about his own position. The atmosphere becomes even more charged when Virgil openly admonishes Parker and Bubba for their decisions, escalating the conflict among the team.
