Jeremie stumbles upon five active towers and quickly gathers his friends to address the situation. Upon arriving at the factory, they encounter a man at the control panel effortlessly shutting down the towers. When confronted, he claims to be Franz Hopper, but his sudden appearance raises suspicions. Franz accuses Jeremie of causing cell degeneration from the scanners and the loss of his diary, igniting anger among the group, except for Aelita. In frustration, Jeremie contacts his father to discuss transferring him to a school for gifted students. However, while reflecting on his predicament after the call, he begins to sense something is amiss with Franz's story.
