The Westons chuckle at Charley's claim that the full moon will spark romance, but soon start to wonder if he might actually be onto something. Meanwhile, a brash doctor catches Harry's attention. Carol experiences a romantic twist when a man returns her runaway dog, Dreyfuss, who also discovers a connection with the man's female dog. In another turn of events, a stake-out brings Barbara back together with a high-school sweetheart.
