Mushmouse chooses to take pep pills to enhance his speed. In a twist of the ongoing rivalry with Punkin’ Puss, he alters the feud’s rules to portray himself as the underdog. Meanwhile, Punkin’ Puss manages to get hold of Mushmouse’s “Speedo” pep pills, aiming to match his rival’s speed. However, things go awry for Punkin’ Puss when he overdoses on the pills, leading to unexpected consequences.
