After a long and arduous search, Rex's brother, Titanium Dax, becomes the second Subtopian to emerge from beneath Earth's surface. Excited to discover that Rex is still alive, he and his rock monster servant, Liplor, celebrate their reunion. However, the joy is quickly overshadowed when Dax threatens to expose a hidden truth about Rex's past.
