S01E08 Texas Duck

Andrew Zimmern travels to Port Mansfield, Texas, where he teams up with guide Ruben Garza for a Redhead duck hunt. Following a fruitful day in the blind, Andrew returns to the grill to craft two delicious preparations of the duck: one is braised with red wine and vegetables, while the other is slow-roasted over an open flame, glazed with honey and coriander.
