In a disoriented state, Jeff transfers his son's shares of Denver-Carrington to Colbyco and hands over his voting rights to Alexis, giving her control over Blake's company. Later, Jeff confronts Mark in a heated moment on the tennis court, leading to his collapse and hospitalization, leaving Alexis anxious about the doctors uncovering the poison in his system.
