S06E11 Ready, Set, Race! Our 5.0 MG Transformed Into a Road Racer!
In this episode of HOT ROD Garage, Tony Angelo and Lucky Costa breathe new life into our lightweight 5.0 MG! This ’64 MGB roadster, which we previously outfitted with a 5.0 Ford V-8, turned into a wild little speedster that was fast but lacked in handling and braking. This time, the duo constructs a full three-link rear suspension, upgrades the front to a coilover setup, and equips the car with some super grippy tires. Plus, viewers will get an exciting lesson in suspension tuning as they hit the tracks at Willow Springs International Raceway!
