Dr. Mephisto is on the verge of disclosing Eric Cartman's true paternity when chaos erupts—glass breaks and gunfire echoes through the air. In the confusion, a shadowy figure shoots Mephisto as the lights go out. To Eric's dismay, they quickly transport Mephisto to the hospital. Chef dashes out, carrying Mephisto with urgency. They are racing against the clock to uncover Eric's origins and the identity of his father. Who is he really, and what secrets lie in his past?
