This Halloween, a transformation in transportation is shaking things up for everyone. As kids race around in a frenzy to collect more candy than ever, pandemonium ensues. Meanwhile, Mr. Mackey and the other adults are stockpiling emergency supplies, bracing themselves to make it through the night.
