When a homeowner inadvertently chooses an unqualified contractor for her sunroom renovation, a leaky roof leads to her grandson slipping and sustaining serious injuries. Furious about the incident and the shoddy work, she decides to terminate the contractor’s services and reaches out to Mike Holmes to rectify the situation.
