Meanwhile, officers respond to a report of an abandoned police car, only to find a lone officer in pursuit of a drug suspect. Additionally, retired security guard Fred Tibbles lends a hand in dismantling a truck theft operation that left the vehicles intact while stealing their cargo. This episode marks the beginning of a crossover with The D.A., culminating in "The People vs. Robin Saydo."
