The team discovers a modest house with immense promise, thanks to its prime lakeside location. Eager to capitalize on its potential, they quickly acquire the 3-bedroom, 1-bath property without a renovation strategy in place. However, they face challenges in reconfiguring the layout and adding an additional bathroom, while also dealing with the task of clearing out hidden debris along the shoreline. Additionally, they must find ways to manage the antics of the neighbor's pet peacocks, which complicate their renovation efforts.
