As the countdown to this grim fate commences, Vivy and Matsumoto make the unexpected decision to ally with their longtime rival, Toak, to devise a plan to infiltrate Arayashiki, the heart of the Archive. Meanwhile, Matsumoto identifies a potential solution and shares it with Vivy after she receives a communication from the Archive.
