Rupert and Bill embark on an extraordinary adventure aboard a magical flying carpet that carries them far from their familiar surroundings. In a distant land, they encounter the oppressed citizens of Shandalar, who are suffering under the cruel dominion of a malevolent genie. Determined to help, the duo devises a plan to liberate the inhabitants and bring an end to the genie’s tyranny.
