Hikaru and Alma arrive at ARMS headquarters, where Hikaru learns that he isn't cut out to be a Mecha-Ude user. Meanwhile, Alma is placed under the protection of ARMS. As events unfold, a series of alarming incidents arise, with Mecha-Udes being violently torn from their users.
