Hannah's frustrations with her inconsistent Third Stew escalate when she discovers that Kasey has been dishonest on her resume. At the same time, Captain Sandy worries about Conrad's deepening affection for Hannah, as their budding romance starts to interfere with his responsibilities. Following a disastrous dining charter, Adam is thrilled to find he has complete creative freedom in the galley for the new guests. Meanwhile, much to Conrad's annoyance, Captain Sandy acknowledges Joao's diligent work ethic with a reward.
