S04E19 The Sovereign
Bull takes on the case of an idealistic state judge, Judge Duggan (Kelcy Griffin), who finds herself facing charges of obstruction of justice after assisting a trial witness in avoiding federal arrest during proceedings in her courtroom. As jury selection begins, Benny seeks out jurors who hold the view that the law can be interpreted in different ways and believe that Judge Duggan's actions, although technically illegal, were motivated by a desire to protect the sanctity of the courtroom within the justice system.
