Having completely harnessed Tchang Zu's chi, Drago plans to amplify the thunder chi's strength by transforming Seattle's Space Needle into a massive lightning rod for his purposes. Meanwhile, Uncle warns that the longer Drago possesses the demon chi, the harder it will be to extract it from him.
