Joey finds himself smitten with Stacy, one of Jesse's background singers, and the feeling is mutual. While working on commercials, Stacy observes Jesse's domineering attitude toward Joey and advises him to stand up for himself. When Jesse’s idea for a presentation gets shot down, Joey confidently presents his own concept, which ends up being a success. This frustrates Jesse, who feels sidelined, and he takes out his anger on Joey and Stacy. However, Danny helps Jesse see that his bossiness is the problem and encourages him to apologize. Meanwhile, Comet's playful antics lead him to destroy Stephanie's beloved stuffed toy, Mr. Bear.
