As Keeran Raiders launch a surprise attack, Malone is struck by a lethal poison dart that triggers vivid memories of his harrowing experiences as a war correspondent during World War I. Trapped in a terrifying hallucination, Malone finds himself once more as an inexperienced reporter, isolated from Allied support amid an advancing enemy force encroaching into No Man's Land.
