Meanwhile, in Norwich, officers Jason Finch and Nicola Thorne respond to a call to help a dog stranded on a tiny island within a sprawling pond. Over in Wales, Keith Hogben issues a last notice to a farmer regarding the poor living conditions of his livestock.
