Paramedics work desperately to revive Susan Farrell, suspecting she ingested promicin and lost the associated 50/50 lottery. However, Danny is convinced she never took the shot. Once they reach the hospital, the situation spirals as more people around Danny begin to perish. In response, Garrity and another NTAC agent are dispatched to the hospital to evaluate the unfolding crisis.
