Two drug dealers have skipped their court appearance, prompting Dog to take action. He splits his team into two groups: the seasoned veterans—Dog, Beth, and Tim—and the newcomers, Leland and Justin. They compete to see who can apprehend their targets first. The veterans pursue a potentially dangerous man hiding on the beach, while the rookies search for a young Samoan woman evading capture in her neighborhood. Will Dog maintain his reputation as the top bounty hunter, or will his younger partners outshine him?
