While drumming, Tony finds himself in the middle of an earthquake, narrowly escaping death when a speaker nearly crushes him. This frightening experience prompts him to consider relocating to Ohio, a place free from seismic activity. At the same time, Sly is busy trying to persuade influential music producer Jack Zyans to come and hear the California Dreams perform.
