Gus hires a stress therapist to conduct interviews with the team, but after a group session, tensions boil over into a confrontation between Dave and Henry, prompting Gus to let the therapist go. Meanwhile, Dave convinces Henry to invest in a racehorse, which ultimately proves to be a poor choice.
